Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales in a variety of tasks related to projects or sales
- Gathering information prepare estimates for sales team
- Maintain project details using internal programs
- Efficiently exchanging project information/requirements with internal stakeholders, Skyline customer service, local Skyline service centers and internal services via e-mails, e-forms, telephone or in person.
- Manage existing customer database using HubSpot & QuoteWerks, to ensure all communications are logged and identified
- Maintain and build new relationships with quality suppliers
- Research and data entry related to sales and/or projects
- Other related tasks
Requirements & qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in administration, preferably in a tradeshow exhibit environment (not required but an asset)
- Fully bilingual – oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written & organizational skills are essential.
- Detail-oriented along with strong math and organizational skills
- Works well under pressure with tight deadlines and multiple tasks.
- Can work autonomously and is self-motivated
- Must be capable to recognize & solve potential problems, gather & analyze information
- Experience with Basecamp or other related cloud based project softwares is considered an asset
- Customer service and sales driven
