Job Description

Skyline Entourage is searching for motivated, outgoing, and confident sales professionals to join our growing team and drive sales for our new business offerings. As a sales consultant you will act as a liaison between Skyline Entourage and the customer in order to drive sales through prospecting, build relationships and establish trust while educating the customer, and deliver proposals accordingly.

The ideal candidate is driven to be a top performer, cares to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions, and has a proven track record in exceeding targets. This person is also a great communicator, a good listener, and determined to produce results.

Salary

This position has a high earning potential for self driven successful candidates. We offer a competitive base salary and commissions with NO CAP. 

Key responsibilities

  • Schedule sales appointments with current and prospective customers
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and educate customers about the products
  • Generate and track new leads to continue expanding the reach of the business
  • Identify ways to market products to new consumers, including identifying new target markets
  • Uphold relationships with clients to ensure they remain satisfied, that their questions are answered, and that their needs are met
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement new sales strategies
  • Meet with other associates and sales consultants to discuss innovative ways to effectively sell to customers
  • Constantly seek new ways to make products more attractive to current and prospective customers
  • Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge, and stay up to date on all company policies and procedures

Requirements & qualifications

  • Passion for relationship building and selling
  • Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers
  • Resilience, persistence, and a willingness to cope with rejection
  • Excellent organization and time management capabilities
  • Thrive as an individual and as part of a team
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task and propose the best possible solutions to client problems
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales and business development 
  • Computer & tech-savvy
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s or bachelor’s degrees are preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Bilingual a MUST within Quebec
  • Must have valid driver’s license with access to a car for meeting with clients

Salary

This position has a high earning potential for self driven successful candidates. We offer a competitive base salary and commissions with NO CAP. 

Work environment

Health benefits are also offered. We are in the Lachine industrial park, and free parking is available. We are also accessible by public transportation.
