Skyline Entourage is looking to add a new member to our team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail oriented, a savvy professional who thrives in the fast-paced trade show & marketing environment. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team in building proposals for trade show exhibition stands, services, and solutions. Most importantly, the ideal candidate must be team and detail oriented.

Projects Assistant – One month contract (40h/week) – possibility of extension

The Projects Assistant will work closely with our sales & team. His/her main responsibilities will be:

  • Answering client requests
  • Obtaining quotes and preparing estimates
  • Submitting internal and external requisition to obtain services and products
  • Manage existing customer database using Goldmine & Quoteworks, to ensure all communications are logged and identified
  • Efficiently exchanging project information/requirements with clients, Skyline customer service, local Skyline service centers and internal services via e-mails, e-forms, telephone or in person.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the products/services.
  • Attends and participates in sales meetings, trade shows, training programs and seminars when required.

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual – oral and written
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written & organizational skills are essential.
  • Detail oriented along with strong math and organizational skills
  • Works well under pressure with tight deadlines and multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude
  • Must be capable of recognizing & solve potential problems, gathering & analyzing information
  • Customer service and sales driven
  • Keen desire to learn and improve
  • Cegep degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of tradeshow and/or media would be a strong asset

Work environment

We are located in the Lachine industrial park, and free parking is available. We are also accessible by public transportation.
