Project Administrator / Receptionist – 30-40 hours/week


Skyline Entourage is looking to add a Project Administrator / Receptionist to join its entourage. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, a savvy professional who thrives in the fast-paced trade show environment. The Project Administrator / Receptionist is responsible for preparing estimates for open designs in support of the sales team, place orders, answering phones and customer inquiries.  Most importantly, the ideal candidate must like working with tight deadlines, is proactive, well organized and have a good sense of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering information and prepare estimates for project bids
  • Preparing delivery presentations documents for internal teams
  • Placing orders for projects
  • Preparing I & D related estimates and contracts
  • Creating invoices for sold projects
  • Welcoming clients, answer phones and responding to customer Maintain strong relationships with Skyline dealers, suppliers, and clients to support the project goals and vision

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year in administrative support
  • Bilingual French and English – proven interpersonal, verbal, written
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational & time management skills required
  • Works well under pressure with tight deadlines and able to multi-task
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Customer service driven
  • Keen desire to learn and improve in support of the overall company and team
